Who is Responsible?

The school is responsible because they did not do anything and actually acuse him of acting openly gay thats really disrespectful the principal would not like people telling her stop acting openly lesbian if she was. It affected me because i would not want kids to do that to my children its really sad that they picked on him just for his sexual orentation. I would not want me to bully me if i was lesbian bisexual etc why do they disrespect people they would not like if they disrespected them think about the causes and effects.
